Piping Recommendations for CYCLE-TAINER Solvent Delivery System Installations

What type of piping and tubing do I need to direct the solvent through my facility?

All permanently installed product supply lines should be made of high quality 316 stainless steel with a minimum internal diameter of _". Valves, pressure regulators, flow meters, and fittings should be made of high quality 316 stainless steel or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). In-line valves should be high quality diaphragm (packless) valves with PTFE stem inserts to avoid lubrication contamination within the lines. Direct feed installations should use flexible stainless steel or high quality PTFE tubing for gas and solvent lines. If PTFE is used, ensure that it is pressure rated for the supply pressures you intend to use.
