There are several configuration options for CYCLE-TOTE system. At minimum, you will need:
- Gas supply to blanket the solvent and avoid contact with air.
- A stainless steel pump with a PTFE diaphragm to draw the solvent from the container.
- Gas regulator to regulate the gas supply pressure.
- Tubing and Quick-Connects to direct gas and solvent vent line for pressure relief valve vent line for pressure rupture disk.
- Solvent line.
- Gas line.
- Ventilation may be needed during operation in the event of over pressurization of the container.
- Grounding to eliminate static electricity build up near the flammable solvent.
- An area for proper storage of the container. The CYCLE-TOTE system should be stored upright in a cool, clean, covered area.
