How are the CYCLE-TAINER solvent delivery systems maintained? What do I need to do to ensure the containers remain functioning properly? |

A leak test is performed on every CYCLE-TAINER solvent delivery system container that comes back to Avantor Performance Materials. The empty container is pressurized to 5 psi and is left overnight. If the pressure is unchanged, the container is not leaking and passes the test. However, if the container loses pressure, further testing is performed to find the leak and repair the container. As an end-user, it is important to keep the containers clean and report any container damage as soon as possible.
