For a Country of Origin or NAFTA certificate, please contact Technical Service at 1 (855) 282 6867, select option 5, or send an email to technical.service@avantorsciences.com. Or you can click on "Ask Avantor" and submit your request using the "Ask Technical Service" tab.

Please be sure to include the product code, lot number, contact phone and fax number and PO number.
